Purposes
- Provide subscribed features, authenticate users, maintain security and deliver support.
- Process payments, notifications and requests when those features are enabled.
- Improve stability and experience without using clinical information for advertising.
Separation and access
- Each practice keeps its own clinical and operational data boundary.
- Clinical files stay in private storage and are accessed through authorized paths.
- Public report links must be able to expire or be revoked.
Retention and requests
- Retention depends on account status, operational obligations and applicable cancellation or deletion processes.
